These beautiful dresses from Erdem’s AW09 collection are adorable!
The silhoutte is new, they are pretty, flattering, sharp and girly all at the same time.
The prints from Erderm are always unique,  the placement and colour on these particular pieces is spot on.

Not Acceptable in the Noughties

Not Acceptable in the Noughties

I’m dissaponted in one of my favourite stores for selling this naf little reproduction of an eighties T-shirt dress.
Not flattering, not exciting, not desirable in any way.  Unless you are Jourdan Dunn i would say to steer clear . . . . though. . . . maybe if you put a bumbag and multicolour, high-top trainers you could [...]

There are so many dilemma’s to contend with when choosing swimwear.  The amount of flesh you should show/cover is very debatable and depends hugely on confidence as well as body shape.
Swimwear is often thought to be too skimpy.  But the truth is; those slimmer cuts are often the most flattering.  I find “cut out” styles are [...]

Harem Jeans

Harem Jeans

Not the easiest trend to wear.  But if you’ve got the figure (and maybe a sexy pair of heels for the shorter of us) these denim harem pants from warehouse look super stylish!  Perfectly styled with a simple white tee for days when you are in “laid back” mode, but still want to look great.

Alberta Feretti

Alberta Feretti

Sleeveless jackets started to appear on the catwalks in s/s 07 collections and the trend is set to become a popular summer staple for every fashionista’s wardrobe.   This beautiful jacket from Alberta Feretti with its intricate surface detail is my dream purchase for summer.
I love garments with movement and life of their own.  This [...]

Nicholas Kirkwood

Nicholas Kirkwood

These pearl and lace stilletoes with lace are a lady like and glamorous classic with a fresh twist which makes them anything but predictable or typical.  The platform surrounded in pearls is such an original detail, and the way the single pearl at the front is so delicately encased in the patent leather folds shows [...]

Lauren loves Moschino

I adore this cropped silk jacket from Moschino at net-a-porter.com!  Ruffles can be difficult to wear epecially used all the way around the body but this neat little trench uses them really cleverly in a soft fabric and cropped style to make this unusual detail flattering.

80's revival

80’s revival

This top combines two very big trends of the moment.  The loose, batwing, 80’s shape which has resurfaced and assymetry seen all over the catwalks.
This would be beautiful in silk jersey, best worn with skin tight black jeans.

Rock T-shirts

Rock T-shirts

Rock T-shirts look effortlessly fashionable and with the high street always wanting more they are a good value purchase.  They are not going out of fashion any time soon, particularly if you can find one which has an already vintage feel.
The t-shirt designs i have done have a distressed look and raw edges to make [...]

Giles Project

Giles Project

This collection was designed with the Giles Deacon label in mind.  After researching his playful use of colour and quirky version of sexy I sought out some inspiration in the form of two vintage garments.
